الملخص
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى الوقوف على واقع ممارسات المسؤولية الاجتماعية في البنوك التجارية في الجزائر ،من خلال دراسة حالة بنك التنمية المحلية كبنك عمومي جزائري، ومن أجل تحقيق هدف الدراسة تم عرض أنشطة بنك التنمية المحلية في مختلف مجالات المسؤولية الاجتماعية، اعتمادا على تحليل منشورات وتقارير البنك، وهذا خلال فترة الدراسة 2019- 2021. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن بنك التنمية المحلية، يعتبر بنك سباق ورائد في مجال ممارسات المسؤولية الاجتماعية للبنوك التجارية في الجزائر، نظير مساهماته في معظم مجالات المسؤولية الاجتماعية تجاه الموظفين ، المجتمع والبيئة... Abstract This study aimed to position itself on the reality of social responsibility practices in commercial banks in Algeria, by studying the case of the local development bank as an Algerian public bank, and to achieve the objective of the study, have The activities of the local development bank in various areas of social responsibility were presented, based on the analysis of the bank's publications and reports, during the study period 2019-2021. The study concluded that the Local Development Bank is considered a bank among the first and pioneer in the field of social responsibility practices for commercial banks in Algeria due to its contributions in most areas of social responsibility towards employees, society and the environment. Résumé: Cette étude visait à se positionner sur la réalité des pratiques de responsabilité sociale dans les banques commerciales en Algérie, en étudiant le cas de la banque de développement locale en tant que banque publique algérienne, et pour atteindre l'objectif de l'étude, ont été présentés les activités de la banque de développement local dans divers domaines de la responsabilité sociétale, en fonction de l'analyse des publications et rapports de la banque, et ce durant la période d'étude 2019-2021.
