الكتاب و المكتبات في العصر الرقمي: الواقع و التحديات

الملخص
ملخص: يشهد مجال المكتبات و المعلومات ﻓﻲ الآونة الأخيرة العديد من التطورات التكنولوجية التي ﺃثرت ﻓﻴﻪ بشكل مباشر أو غير مباشر ﻋﻠﻰ اختلاف جوانبه المتعددة؛ حيث تطور مفهوم الكتاب ابتداء من المفهوم التقليدي باعتباره مجموعة من الصفحات المطبوعة إلى المفهوم الحديث باعتباره وعاء معلوماتي بمختلف أنواعه و أشكاله. كما تطور مفهوم المكتبة ابتداء من المحتوى المادي المتمثل في المبنى و التجهيزات و الأوعية و مصادر المعلومات ﻭ انتهاء بالمحتوى المعلوماتي المتمثل ﻓﻲ الخدمات و الأنشطة التي تقدمها. أظهرت ﺘﻠﻙ التطورات اهتماما بالكتاب باعتباره وعاء المعلومات و كذا بالمكتبة باعتبارها مصدر المعلومات و المعرفة في العصر الرقمي أو ما يطلق عليه بعصر المعلومات و عصر المعرفة في ظل المجتمع الحديث مجتمع المعلومات و مجتمع المعرفة. انطلاقا من هذا الطرح فهذه الورقة العلمية هي مقاربة نظرية للكتاب و المكتبات في العصر الرقمي الذي نعيشه و الذي يفرض نفسه على كل مجالات الحياة في وقتنا الحالي من خلال ملامحه و واقعه و تحدياته و كذا آفاثه المستقبلية في ظل البيئة الرقمية المتغيرة. Résumé: Le domaine des bibliothèques et de l'information a récemment connu de nombreux développements technologiques qui l'ont affecté directement ou indirectement dans ses différents aspects ; Où le concept du livre s'est développé du concept traditionnel comme un ensemble de pages imprimées au concept moderne comme un contenant d'informations de toutes sortes et formes. Le concept de bibliothèque s'est également développé, commençant par le contenu physique représenté dans le bâtiment, l'équipement, les conteneurs et les sources d'information, et se terminant par le contenu informationnel représenté dans les services et les activités qu'il fournit. Ces développements ont montré un intérêt pour le livre comme contenant d'information, ainsi que pour la bibliothèque comme source d'information et de savoir à l'ère numérique, ou ce qu'on appelle l'ère de l'information et l'ère du savoir à la lumière de la société moderne. , la société de l'information et la société de la connaissance. Partant de cette proposition, cet article scientifique est une approche théorique du livre et des bibliothèques à l'ère numérique dans laquelle nous vivons, qui s'impose à tous les domaines de la vie actuelle par ses caractéristiques, sa réalité, ses enjeux, ainsi que son devenir. conséquences à la lumière de l'évolution de l'environnement numérique. Abstract: The field of libraries and information has recently witnessed many technological developments that have affected it directly or indirectly in its various aspects; Where the concept of the book evolved from the traditional concept as a group of printed pages to the modern concept as an information container of various types and forms. The concept of the library has also developed, starting with the physical content represented in the building, equipment, containers and information sources, and ending with the informational content represented in the services and activities it provides. These developments showed an interest in the book as a container of information, as well as in the library as a source of information and knowledge in the digital age, or what is called the information age and the age of knowledge in light of the modern society, the information society and the knowledge society. Proceeding from this proposition, this scientific paper is a theoretical approach to books and libraries in the digital age we live in, which imposes itself on all areas of life at the present time through its features, reality, challenges, as well as its future consequences in light of the changing digital environment.
