Abstract

Innovation in education means allowing imagination to flourish and not be afraid to try new things. Sometimes these new things fail but it's awesome when they are a success. Innovation in education encourages teachers and students to explore, research and use all the tools to uncover something new. It involves a different way of looking at problems and solving them. ... Innovation improves education because it compels students to use a higher level of thinking to solve problems. Here are ten ways teachers can create innovative learning spaces. Mindset: - Self-Reflection. - Ask Open-Ended Questions. - Create Flexible Learning Environments. - Personality Matters: Create A Place For All Learners. - Use Problem-Finding. - Let Students Take Risks And Fail. - Consider A Flipped Classroom Model. Innovation increases your chances to react to changes and discover new opportunities. It can also help foster competitive advantage as it allows you to build better products and services for your customers.
