ميكانيزمات السلطة عند ميشال فوكو

الملخص
: تعدّ مسألة السلطة من أهم الموضوعات المثيرة للجدل في الحضارة الغربية، إذ بدأت مع سلطة الحاكم عند أفلاطون لتمر إلى سلطة المتوحشة عند هوبز مرورا بسلطة الأمير عند ميكافيللي، وسوف تأخذ في ما بعد مفهوما أوسع خلال القرن العشرين مع فلاسفة الاختلاف خاصة مع ميشال فوكو(1926-1984) الّذي عمل على البحث في ميكانيزمات السلطة وآليات الإكراه الّتي مورست في مختلف الشرائح الاجتماعية سواءا على المجانين أو المرضى أو المساجين أو الشواذ وغيرهم، وكما عمل على تبيان أعمالها الخفية خاصة على المستوى السياسي والاجتماعي والسؤال الّذي حيّر فكر فوكو هو تساؤل عن كيفية تحقيق هذه السلطة؟ وما هي ميكانزمات السلطة التي استعملتها على مختلف الشرائح الاجتماعية؟.و تكمن أهم النتائج الّتي توصل إليها فوكو بأنّ السلطة حاضرة في كل مكان تعبّر عن علاقات صراع بين القوى في المجتمع، وكما جعلت الجسد محور الرقابة والمعاقبة. تصنيف JEL : XN2، XN1. Abstract: The question of authority is one of the most important controversial topics in Western civilization, as it began with the authority of the ruler to Plato to pass to the authority of the savage in Hobbes, passing through the authority of the prince at Machiavelli, and it will later take on a concept during the twentieth century with philosophers of difference, especially with Michel Foucault (1926) -1984) who worked on researching the mechanisms of power and the mechanisms of coercion that were practiced in various social whether on the insane, the sick, the prisoners, the homosexual, and others, and he also worked to clarify their hidden actions, especially at the political and social level. The question that puzzled Foucault's thought is a question of how to achieve this power? What are the mechanisms of power that it used on the various social ? The most important finding of Foucault is that power is present everywhere that expresses conflict relations between the forces in society, and as it made the body the focus of control and punishment.
