Abstract
Cities are facing new challenges to maintain and improve their competitiveness in order to create a flexible, adaptable and diverse local economic structure, which would allow the city to be in a better competitive position In this context, these new challenges are forcing cities to actively take on new, more effective methods and tools of socio-economic development of their territories, which could help to develop the attractiveness of the city. Cities aspire to become and remain attractive places for potential residents, business and visitors.
