الملخص

تتلخص موضوع الدراسة بأن الاقتصاد العراقي أحادي الجانب تشكل فيه الإيردات النفطية المصدر الأساسي للدخل، التي تستحوذ 95% من صادراته، ومساهمته في تكوين الناتج المحلي الاجمالي، مما يشوه نمط نمو أقتصاده والمتأتية من نمو القطاع النفطي على حساب القطاعات الإنتاجية الأخرى (الصناعات التحويلية، والزراعة، والسياحة)، وأن الموارد الطبيعية التي يمتلكها العراق يمكن تطويرها والاعتماد عليها في تنويع القطاعات الاقتصادية وتوسيع القاعدة الإنتاجية والخروج من الريعية النفطية، أذ ماستغلت بشكل أمثل مما هي عليه. The topic of the research is that the lraqi economy is one-sided, in which oil revenues constitute the main source of income, which accounts for %95 of its exports, and its contribution to the formation of the gross domestic product, which distorts the growth pattern of its economy and stems from the growth of the oil sector at the expense of other productive sectors (manufacturing, agricultural industries and tourism), and that the natural resources owned by lraq can be developed and relied upon to diversify the economic sectors, expand the production base and get out of the oil rent, as they are optimally exploited Le sujet de la recherche est que l'économie irakienne est unilatérale, dans laquelle les revenus pétroliers constituent la principale source de revenus, qui représente 95 % de ses exportations, et sa contribution à la formation du produit intérieur brut, ce qui fausse la modèle de croissance de son économie et découle de la croissance du secteur pétrolier au détriment d'autres secteurs productifs (industrie manufacturière, industries agricoles et tourisme), et que les ressources naturelles détenues par l'Irak peuvent être développées et utilisées pour diversifier les secteurs économiques, élargir la base de production et sortir de la rente pétrolière, car ils sont exploités de manière optimale.
