استخدام تكنولوجیات الاتصال في التكفل بالمطالب المختلفة للمرتفقین داخل البلدیة

الملخص
إن الهدف من هذه الدراسة ھو تبین القدرات والتقنیات الأخيرة في مجال الاتصال، والتي خدمت إلى حد كبير تخفيف العبء على الإدارة من جهة وعلى المواطن الذي أصبح بإمكانه إن یكون مطمئنا على انشغالاته الني ستصل في نظره إلى المسئول المباشر الوصي علیھا قانونا بدلا من التضرع في السابق إن المسئول لم یخطر بانشغالات المواطن حيث توصلنا إلى بعض النتائج العملية التي منها ضرورة رقمنة كل المعالج الخارجية للدولة، ونقلها إلى المواطن في بيته لیكون متواصلا بطریقة افتراضیة شریطة أن یؤسس بنكا لمعلوماته المدینة حتى یتم متابعته في ذهنيته لأنه یجب إن یعي إن الإدارة ستنقل إلى بیته ولیس ھو الذي يذهب إليها، والنتیجة الثانیة إن المواطن مطالب بالمساهمة المادیة في تفعیل وصیانة وشراء التجهيزات الالكترونیة المساعدة على التكفل بحاجیاته ومنها إعطائه دورا عالمیا في المتابعة لانشغالاته الیومیة عبر أجهزة البلدیة التي وضعت أساسا لخدمته. The aim of this study is to identify the latest capabilities and techniques in the field of eradication, which have served to a large extent to reduce the burden on the administration on the one hand and on the citizen who has become able to be reassured about his concerns that will reach in his view the direct official guardian by law instead of supplication In the past, the official had not been informed of the citizen’s concerns, as we reached some practical results, including the necessity to digitize all the external interests of the state, and transfer them to the citizen in his home to be continuous in a hypothetical manner, provided that he establishes a bank for this information in the city so that it is followed in his mind. Because he must be aware that the administration will be transferred to his home and not the one who goes to it, and the second result is that the citizen is required to contribute financially in activating, maintaining and purchasing electronic equipment to help meet his needs, including giving him a global role in following up on his daily concerns through the municipal bodies that laid the foundation for his service Keywords: municipality, utility, public service, citizen integrity
