ضوابط الحنفية للعمل بخبر الآحاد

الملخص

تناول هذا البحث موضوع ضوابط السادة الحنفية للعمل بخبر الآحاد، حيث جاء في مقدِّمة، وثلاثة مباحث، وخاتمة، وتظهر أهميته في استشعار قداسة الحديث النبويّ الشريف، وتقدير الأئمة والعلماء الذين يبذلون الجهد الكبير لخدمة علومه واستخلاص الأحكام منه. وقد جاء المبحث الأول في ثلاثة مطالب، حيث تناول تعريف خبر الآحاد وأقسامه وحجيّته، ثم جاء المبحث الثاني في مطلبيْن تضمّنا الحديث حوْل ضوابط الحنفية لقبول خبر الآحاد والعمل به، ثم جاء المبحث الثالث في أربعة مطالب ذكرتُ فيه العديد من التطبيقات الفقهية في موضوع البحث. وفي النهاية تضمّنت الخاتمة أهم نتائج البحث وتوصيته، وكانت النتيجة الأهم فيه هي وضوح تشدُّد الحنفية في الضوابط للعمل بخبر الآحاد، وتولُّد العديد من التطبيقات الفقهية تبعًا لتلك الضوابط. الكلمات المفتاحية: ضوابط، المتواتر، خبر الآحاد. Abstract: This research dealt with the Honorable Hanafis controls to apply "Khabar Al Aahaad", where it included an introduction, three sections, and a conclusion. Its importance show in sensing the holiness of the noble prophet's hadith, and the appreciation of the imams and scholars who make great effort to serve its sciences and extract rules from it. The first section included three objectives, where it dealt with the definition of "Khabar Al Aahaad", its divisions and its authenticity, the second section included two objectives that included the hadith about Hanafis' controls to accept "Khabar Al Aahaad" and accepting it, the third section included four objectives in which I mentioned many jurisprudential applications in the topic of the research. Finally, the conclusion included the most important results of the research and its recommendation: The most important result was the clear strictness of Hanafis towards the controls of accepting "Khabar Al Aahaad", and the generation of many jurisprudential applications according to those controls.
