الذكاء الاصطناعي ودوره في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة

الملخص
الذكاء الاصطناعي هو قفزة نوعية وفريدة في عالم البرمجيات وصيحة تكنولوجية ومعلوماتية غزت جميع مجالات الحياة، وهو فرع من الفروع الحديثة التابع لعلوم الكمبيوتر، ويتمثل هدفه الأساسي في بناء آلات ذكية قادرة على أداء المهمات المعقدة حتى ولو تطلب حلها ذكاء بشريا. فالتنمية المستدامة بأهدافها المختلفة هي خطة شاملة برؤية مشتركة لتحقيق مستقبل مشترك وأكثر استدامة للجميع بحلول عام 2030، بحيث تتصدى هذه الأهداف لمختلف التحديات العالمية، بما فيها الفقر وعدم المساواة والمناخ والرعاية الصحية، وفي خضم الثورة الصناعية الرابعة والتي يبرز فيها الذكاء الاصطناعي كأحد أهم أركانها الذي بدأت بعض الدول تتنافس في دراسته وتطويره والاعتماد عليه في مختلف الاستخدامات، فقد أصبح دمج الذكاء الاصطناعي من أجل تحقيق أهداف التنمية المستدامة لعام 2030 بما يتوافق مع مختلف الإمكانيات والتوقعات في التنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والبيئية المستدامة ضرورة ملحة، فلم يعد الذكاء الاصطناعي مجرد خيال علمي فقط بل هو المستقبل... Artificial intelligence is a qualitative and unique leap in the world of software and a technological and informational shout that invaded all areas of life, and it is one of the modern branches of computer science, and its main goal is to build intelligent machines capable of performing complex tasks even if their solution requires human intelligence. Sustainable development, with its various goals, is a comprehensive plan with a common vision to achieve a common and more sustainable future for all by 2030, so that these goals address various global challenges, including poverty, inequality, climate and health care, and in the midst of the Fourth Industrial Revolution in which artificial intelligence is emerging as one of its most important pillars.
