الملخص
تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى طرح مفهوم الإعاقة في ظل مقاربة تربوية، وأنتربولوجيا، ودينية والبحث عن كيفية تغير النظرة التقليدية والنمطية للفرد المعاق من خلال توظيف مفاهيم التربية الحديثة ،و التشريعات الدينية، و الدراسات الانتربولوجيا للسلوك الإنساني. فالاهتمام بالمعاقين باعتبارهم شريحة اجتماعية لها الحق في ممارسة دورها كباقي الافراد العادين من سمات الدولة الراقية و المتطورة . Abstract: This research paper aims to introduce the concept of disability in light of an educational, anthropological, and religious approach, and search for how to change the traditional and stereotypical view of the disabled person through employing the concepts of modern education, religious legislation, and anthropological studies of human behavior. The concern for the handicapped, as they are a social group that has the right to exercise its role like the rest of the ordinary individuals is one of the characteristics of a sophisticated and advanced state.
