الملخص

ملخص: إن مجتمعنا اليوم على غرار المجتمعات الأخرى يعاني من مختلف مظاهر العنف والإجرام، التي تتنافى ومقتضيات العقيدة الإسلامية التي تدعو إلى حماية الإنسان من كل تهديد يطال أمنه وسلامته، لأن في ذلك تقويض لمسار العمارة والاستخلاف اللذين خلق لأجلهما، وبالتالي فإن المساس بأمنه يعد جرما نص عليه الإسلام بشقيه العقدي والتشريعي. هذا يدعونا إلى إماطة اللثام عن مفهوم الجريمة وما تعلق بها من أسباب وآثار على الفرد المجتمع، ومدى ارتباطها بالإيمان كما دلت عليه نصوص القرآن الكريم والسنة النبوية، وعليه نبحث في العقيدة الإسلامية عن أسس تمكننا من مواجهة الجريمة بكل أبعادها، كما نؤكد في آن واحد على فاعلية الفكر الإسلامي في التصدي لمختلف المشاكل والأزمات. Abstract: Our society today, like other societies, suffers from various manifestations of violence and criminality, which are inconsistent with the requirements of the Islamic faith that calls for the protection of man from every threat to his security and safety, because this undermines the path of building and succession for which he was created to do, therefore, compromising his security is a crime both in doctrinal and legislative aspects of Islam. This calls on us to uncover the concept of crime and its related causes and effects on the individual and on society, and the extent of its connection to faith, as indicated by the texts of the Holy Qur’an and the Prophet’s Sunnah, so we will search in the Islamic faith for foundations that enable us to confront crime in all its dimensions, and we will emphasize at the same time the effectiveness of Islamic thought .in addressing various problems and crises
