الملخص

يعتبر موضوع المشاركة الاجتماعية في التنمية المحلية من أهم المواضيع التي لقيت اهتمام الكثير من الباحثين في مختلف المجالات والميادين السياسية والاقتصادية والاجتماعية وغيرها حيث أصبح يمثل مادة أساسية للنقاش والجدل والتنظير بين العلماء المنتمين لتيارات فكرية مختلفة وتعد المجالس الشعبية المحلية من أهم الآليات التي تتجسد من خلالها مشاركة أفراد المجتمع المحلي في مختلف الأعمال التنموية وذلك باعتبارهم الأدرى بخصائص منطقتهم وبمشكلات سكانها وبالتالي فهم القادرين على رصد وتحديد الأولويات عند حلها، هذا مايساعد السلطات الحكومية في إنجاح مشروعات التنمية المحلية القائمة في المجتمع. كلمات مفتاحية:المشاركة الاجتماعية.، التنمية المحلية.،المجتمع المحلي.،الأولوية. Abstract: The topic of social participation in local development is one of the most important topics that has received the attention of many researchers in various fields and political, economic, social and other fields, where it has become a key material for discussion, debate and theory among scientists from different intellectual currents and the local people's councils are one of the most important mechanisms through which the participation of members of the community in various development work is embodied, as the best with the characteristics of their region and the problems of its population and therefore they are able to monitor and identify priorities when resolved.
