الملخص
السلم المجتمعي يعبر عن الموقف العاطفي المشترك بين المواطنين وهو الذي يدفعهم إلى الإحساس بالاستقرار الاجتماعي وبأن ما يوحدهم (الهوية والتاريخ والمصير والوطن) أكبر مما يفرق بينهم، وقد يكون تحقيق ذلك أفضل من خلال نهج الوصول إلى الأسباب الأساسية ، أولها التواصل الاجتماعي المعقول ، ومن ثم العدالة الاجتماعية الفعلية وهي ضامن التواصل الذي يعني في النهاية التعامل، وبالمثل ، فإن العدالة الاجتماعية ذات أهمية بارزة ، حيث تم تحديدها كثيرًا عبر وسائل الأمم المتحدة كمبدأ مباشر لوجود اللاعنف داخل وبين البلدان التي يتم بموجبها الازدهار ، من خلال هذا التحسين والحفاظ على الكرامة ، لذلك فهي تركز على ضمان حصول كل فرد على نصيب صادق من فرص العمل، الحماية الاجتماعية.
