رؤية استشرافية لتبني تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي في القنوات الفضائية الفلسطينية

الملخص
ملخص: استهدفت الدراسة تقديم رؤية مستقبلية لتبني تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي في القنوات الفضائية الفلسطينية خلال العقد القادم (2021- 2031)، بالاعتماد على اتجاهات الممارسين نحو ملامح واقع توظيف تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي، ودرجة اهتمامهم بها، وماهية العوامل المؤثرة على توظيفهم لها خلال العقد القادم، وذلك في سبيل وضع خارطة معرفية جيدة وطرح رؤية مستقبلية من خلال بناء مجموعة من السيناريوهات المستقبلية، وطبقت الدراسة على عينة عمدية قوامها (81) مفردة من القائمين بالاتصال في القنوات الفضائية الفلسطينية، وتقديم سيناريوهات مستقبلية لتبني تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي في القنوات الفضائية الفلسطينية خلال العقد القادم. بينت النتائج أن معظم المبحوثين أكدوا على أن أهم العوامل المؤثرة على تبني تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي في القنوات الفضائية الفلسطينية خلال العقد القادم تتمثل في العوامل الاقتصادية باعتبار ان التحول التكنولوجي لتقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي يحتاج الى إمكانيات مادية ضخمة، بالإضافة الى العوامل المهنية المرتبطة بالتدريب والتأهيل للقائم بالاتصال في تلك المؤسسات. وأوضحت النتائج أن السيناريو المرجعي (الثبات) هو السيناريو الأكثر ترجيحاُ لتبني تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي في القنوات الفضائية الفلسطينية بحلول عام 2031م مع استمرار نوعية المتغيرات التي تتحكم فيها، يليه السيناريو التفاؤلي (الإصلاحي)، وأخيراً السيناريو التشاؤمي (الانهيار). Abstract: The study aimed to present a future vision for the adoption of artificial intelligence techniques in Palestinian satellite channels during the next decade (2021-2031), based on the practitioners’ trends towards the features of the reality of employing artificial intelligence techniques, the degree of their interest in them, and the factors affecting their employment during the next decade, in A way to develop a good knowledge map and put forward a future vision by building a set of future scenarios, and the study was applied to a deliberate sample of (81) individual communicators in Palestinian satellite channels, and presenting future scenarios for the adoption of artificial intelligence techniques in Palestinian satellite channels during the next decade. The results showed that most of the respondents emphasized that the most important factors affecting the adoption of artificial intelligence techniques in Palestinian satellite channels during the next decade are the economic factors, given that the technological transformation of artificial intelligence techniques requires huge financial capabilities, in addition to the professional factors associated with training and qualification of the communicator in those institutions. The results showed that the reference scenario (stability) is the most likely scenario for the adoption of artificial intelligence techniques in Palestinian satellite channels by 2031 AD, with the continuation of the quality of the variables that control them, followed by the optimistic (reform) scenario, and finally the pessimistic (collapse) scenario.
