المعضلة الأمنية المجتمعية العراقية منذ 2003: الأسباب و التداعيات-the Iraqi Community Security Dilemma Since 2003:causes And Consequences

الملخص
تسعى هذه الدراسة البحث في أسباب و تداعيات المعضلة الأمنية المجتمعية العراقية، والإحاطة بالتحديات الداخلية و الخارجية، التي حالت دون تحقيق الأمن المجتمعي، خاصة بعد الغزو الأمريكي، وإسقاط النظام السياسي السابق.كذلك تلقي الضوء على دور الفواعل الإقليمية و الدولية في الساحة العراقية،و تأثيرها على مستقبل الأمن المجتمعي بالعراق.استعانت الدراسة بالمنهج الوصفي والتحليلي، والّلذان يتيحان تتبع تطور المعضلة الأمنية المجتمعية،والبحث في أسبابها وآثارها على المجتمع العراقي.كما خلصت الدراسة إلى تأثير العامل الخارجي في تأجيج الصراع الطائفي ومن تم زيادة حدة المعضلة الأمنية المجتمعية، وبالتالي التحكم بمستقبل العراق. The realization of this study investigates the causes and reprercussions of the iraqi societal security dilemma, and takes note of internal and external challenges that do not achieve societal security , especially after the American invasion,and the overthrow of the previous political system.it also sheds light on the role of regional and international actors in the Iraqi arena,and its impact on the future of societal security in Iraq.the study used the descriptive and analytical aproach,which the development of the societal security dilemma,and reseaching its causes and effects on iraqisociety. The study also concluded the influence of the external factor in fueling sectarian conflict and that the intensity of the societal security delimma is increased,and thus control the futur of Iraq.
