الملخص

يتناول البحث دراسة بعض الإجراءات والتدابير الوقائية المعتمدة في الحفاظ على المجموعات المتحفية، والإستفادة من بعض الإجراءات التطبيقية العالمية التي اعتمدتها بعض المتاحف في إدارة مجموعاتها المتحفية كسياسات التوثيق، والحفظ والصيانة والتأمين وإدارة الأخطار والأزمات والسعي إلى جمع كل المعلومات و البيانات المتعلقة بمصادر هذه الأخطار المستهدفة للمتحف سواءً من الداخل أو من الخارج (محيط المتحف)، والاسترشاد بها في تطوير المتاحف، وذلك بدراسة تطبيقية على متحف تيبازة، موضحًا أهمية المتاحف ووظائفها وكيفية إدارة مجموعاتها المتحفية وفق المعايير الدولية المعتمدة بغية حفظ وتثمين التراث الثقافي، وكذا مسؤولية إيصاله للأجيال القادمة. وتعـد الجزائر مـن بين الـدول التـي تزخر متاحفهـا بإرثهـا الحضـاري وكنوزهـا التاريخية والتراثيـة، ومـن حيـث تطبيـق أفضـل الممارسـات المتحفيـة فـي إدارة مجموعاتهـا المتحفيـة حفظاً وصيانـة، وعـرض نمـاذج مـن مخلفـات الحضـارات القديمـة أمام الجمهور المتردد عليه في قالب هادف وممتع. The research deals with the study of some of the preventive measures and measures adopted in preserving the total number of museums, and benefiting from some of the international applied procedures adopted by some museums in managing their museums, such as documentation policies, preservation, maintenance and insurance, risk and crisis management, and seek to collect all the information and data related to the sources of these dangers targeting the museum, whether from the inside or from outside (the vicinity of the museum), and guidance in developing museums; This is done with an applied study on the Tipaza Museum, to clarify the importance of museums and their functions and how to manage their museum collections in accordance with approved international standards in order to preserve and value cultural heritage, as well as the responsibility of passing it on to future generations. Algeria is among the countries whose museums are rich in its civilized heritage and its historical and heritage treasures, and in terms of applying the best museum practices in managing its museum collections in terms of preservation and maintenance, and presenting models of the remnants of ancient civilizations in front of the crowds who frequent him in a purposeful and enjoyable form.
