الملخص
لقد شهد المجتمع الجزائري في العشريتين الأخيرتين نتيجة للتطور التكنولوجي أزمة اجتماعية وأخلاقية معقدة، كان لها أثرا بليغا على الكيان الاجتماعي للطفل و تهديد حقه في الحياة الكريمة، خاصة ما تعلق منها باستفحال ظاهرة الاستغلال الإباحي الإلكتروني، الأمر الذي استنهض المشرع الجزائري للتصدي لهذه النشاط الجرمي الخطير بواسطة التجريم والعقاب، والذي تميز بطبيعة خاصة في الجرائم المعلوماتية Abstract: The Algerian society has witnessed in the last two decades as a result of the technological development a complex social and moral crisis, which had an eloquent impact on the social entity of the child and the threat of his right to a decent life, especially what relates to it that the phenomenon of electronic porn exploitation was aggravated, which anticipated the Algerian legislator to address this serious criminal activity. By criminalization and punishment, which was characterized by a special nature in information crimes.
