New Preachers And Women's Issues

Abstract
The phenomen on of new preachers or Protestant Islam, or bourgeois Islam or even liberal Islam, as some like to call it, is one of the phenomena that has swept the media space and Internet sites in a striking manner, in light of the great retreat of the traditional sheikhs we used to, especially on the pulpits of mosques and to a lesser extent in the media channels. The call to God has taken a radically different turn from the one we are accustomed to in terms of its representatives and their characteristics (youth, elegant modern dress, clean-shaven beading ... etc.), and this type of call is distinguished by their great dependence on modern means and technology of communication (culture and power of the image). Her discourse is ethical, reformist, imbued with concepts of modernity and modernity. This shift in the form of discourse and its representatives led us to search for its implications regarding women’s issues and to reveal the extent of the transformations that affected its structure in this field, highlighting the intersection of visions between the producers of this discourse and women’s representations of it, trying before that revealed the most important preachers influential in building these representations.
