الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة لإبراز السياسة المعتمدة من طرف الجزائر في التشغيل، باعتبار الجزائر دولة عربية خرجت من دور الدولة الحارسة إلى المتدخلة والتي تسعى إلى تحسين الوضع المعيشي من جهة، وتوسيع مفاهيم الديمقراطية من جهة أخرى، لأن من أهم المشاكل التي تواجه العالم في زمن العولمة هي البطالة، إذ تعتبر البطالة أحد المشاكل الأساسية لعرقلة مسيرة التقدم وما يمكن أن يرافقه من فقر واضطرابات نفسية نتيجة الفراغ ونتيجة تدني المستوى المعيشي والاقتصادي للأفراد، بالإضافة إلى التطور التكنولوجي وعصر السرعة والتي أصبحت الآلة تحل محل العنصر البشري في كثير من الدول سواء المتقدمة أو النامية. : This study aims at highlighting the policy adopted by Algeria in employment, considering that Algeria is an Arab country that emerged from the role of the guardian state to the interventionist, which seeks to improve the living situation on the one hand, and to expand the concepts of democracy on the other hand, because it is one of the most important problems facing the world in a time of Globalization is unemployment, as unemployment is one of the main problems to hinder the progress of progress and can be accompanied by poverty and psychological disorders as a result of the vacuum and the low standard of living and economic individuals, in addition to technological development and the age of speed, which has become the machine to replace the human element in many countries For both developed and developing
