Résumé
The Algerian family has undergone structural and cultural transformations, the origin of Algerian society is rural, the phenomenon of urbanization had an impact on this change, the family structures resulting in the break-up of extended families, as well as their lifestyles. A strong growth of the urban population has resulted in an increase in the pressure on the housing stock which has led to a strong growth in the real estate market, both public and private. شهدت الأسرة الجزائرية تحولات هيكلية و ثقافية، أصل المجتمع الجزائري هو مجتمع ريفي، و قد كان لظاهرة التحضر اثر في هدا التغيير، لاسيما في الهياكل الأسرية مما أدى إلى تفكك الأسر الممتدة، فضلا عن أنماط حياتهم. أدى النمو القوي لسكان الحضر بشكل عام إلى زيادة الضغط على المساكن مما أدى إلى نمو قوي في سوق العقارات على مستوى القطاعين العام و الخاص.
