الملخص
تتعدّد وسائل الاتّصال وأنماطها بتعدّد الفئات والجماعات، فهناك اتّصال لفظي يرتكز على الكلام باعتباره إحدى وسائل الاتصال المتاحة لكثير من الناس، وهناك اتّصال غير لفظي يرتكز على قنوات أخرى مختلفة تؤدّي الوظيفة نفسها، قد تكون سمعية أو بصرية أو إشارية حركية، وقد اشتغل الباحثون على اختلاف مشاربهم من لغويين وفلاسفة وعلماء الاجتماع والتربية والنفس والانثربولوجيا وغيرهم على هذا الموضوع، فنال اهتمامهم وأولوْه عناية خاصة لأنّه يعدُّ بحقّ حجر الزاوية في ميدان المعرفة ونقل العلوم.
