الملخص: االامبريالية والاستعمار ملة واحدة حيث استباحت فرنسا الإنسان والحيوان والأرض في رقان لتبني مجدها النووي على حساب آهات وآنات شعبه وأظهرت وجهها الاستعماري البشع التي كانت تخفيه وراء شعاراتها البراقة المتمثلة في الحرية والعدالة والمساواة ونشر الحضارة نهدف من خلاله الى ابراز الوجه الحقيقي للاستعمار الذي ترك رقان تدفع الثمن لأجيال وأجيال وهي جريمة ضد الإنسانية جريمة مكتملة الأركان فالمجرم هو الاستعمار والضحية هو الشعب الجزائري في رقان هي البيئة والإنسان والطبيعة أداة الجريمة هي نفايات فرنسا الإشعاعية والجريمة هي التفجيرات النووية السطحية في منطقة حموديا يرقان. وتوصلنا فيه الى الاثار التي لا زالت البيئة باعتبارها الوسط الذي نعيش فيه ونؤثر ونتاثر به تدفع الثمن انه ثمن الجريمة النووية الفرنسية في منطقة حموديا برقان, لازال الانسان يعاني مختلف الامراض الناتجة عن هذه الانفجاريات وخاصة الامراض السرطانية والتشوهات الخلقية وسقوط الاجنة وغيرها, انه ثمن دخول فرنسا النادي النووي دفعه الشعب الاعزل في رقان انها جريمة فرنسا الابدية.
