كفالة الطفل المسعف في ظل القانون الجزائري

الملخص
الملخص عملت الجزائر على وضع استراتيجية للتكفل بالأطفال المسعفين، بحيث ركزت على جانبين هامين في عملية الرعاية، يتمثل الأول في اقامة مؤسسات التكفل التي تستقبل المسعفين، وفق نظام داخلي تعمل من خلاله على دمج هذه الفئة الخاصة في المجتمع، أما الثاني يعرف بنظام الكفالة، الذي يمثل أهم أنظمة الرعایة البدیلة التي تهتم برعایة الطفل في أسرة غیر أسرته الطبیعیة، بدلا من تنشئة الطفل في مؤسسات إیوائیة تنعكس على حیاته في المستقبل ومن الأساسیات للعمل في مجال الرعاية البديلة. Abstract: Algeria has been working on establishing a plan to take care of paramedic children, thus it has concentrated on two essential aspects of the fostering process. The first is based on the establishment of sponsorship institutions that receive paramedic children, according to an internal system through which they work to integrate this special group into society, while the second aspect is known as the sponsorship system, which is the most important alternative care systems that take care of the child in a family instead of his original family. Instead of raising the child in residential institutions that it will reflect on his life in the future, and it is essential to work in the field of alternative care.
