واقع وأفاق القطاع الفلاحي في الجزائر (دراسة حالة ولاية واد سوف في الصحراء المنخفضة الجزائرية )

الملخص
استهدف هذا البحث تشخيص واقع القطاع الفلاحي في ولاية واد سوف الواقعة في الجنوب الشرقي في الجزائر وهي جزء من الصحراء المنخفضة الجزائرية من خلال بعض المؤشرات تطور المساحة الزراعية، تطور الانتاج الفلاحي، تنوع الانتاج الفلاحي، ولقد توصلنا إلى وجود عدة عوامل ساهمت في إحداث ديناميكية فلاحية في المنطقة (الهيكلة العقارية، وفرة المياه، الأسواق، اليد العاملة)، كما لا يخلوا القطاع الفلاحي على مستوى الولاية من بعض العوائق( الملكية العقارية، الكهرباء الفلاحية، المسالك الفلاحية، مشاكل التلوث، دور الدولة)، ومن أجل تحسين وضعية القطاع الفلاحي في الولاية مستقبلا اقترحنا بعض الحلول والتي تعتبر أفاقا مستقبلية لهذا القطاع This research aims to diagnose the reality of the agricultural sector in the wilaya of Oued Souf, which is located in the south-east of Algeria, which is part of the lower Algerian Sahara, through some indicators of the evolution of the agricultural area, diversity and development of agricultural production, and we concluded that there are several factors that have contributed to the creation of agricultural dynamism in the region (Real estate structure, abundance of water, markets, hand - work), and the agricultural sector at the level of the wilaya is not exempt from certain obstacles (real estate ownership, agricultural electricity, agricultural routes, pollution problems, role of the State), and in order to improve the situation of the agricultural sector in the wilaya in the future, we have proposed Some solutions considered as future prospects for this sector
