The Role Of Algerian Islamic Scout Movement In Achieving The Environmental Dimension Of Sustainable Development

Abstract
This research paper deals with the problem of the deterioration of the relationship between environmental systems and humans, and the difficult problems it left behind. This latter makes us talk about measures reduce them, such as laws and legislations that affirm the protection of the surrounding environment,however, it is not sufficient to protect the environment, unless it is supported by the individual’s understanding of it and their respect for it. Hence the need to establish a system to protect the environment that various institutions of social upbringing should implement. The Algerian Islamic Scout as an institution of social upbringing is one of the most important elements in environment protection because it has a pioneering and effective role. It seeks to be an effective figure in the equation of achieving the environmental dimension of sustainable development. الكشافة الاسلامية الجزائرية و دورها في تحقيق البعد البيئي للتنمية المستدامة ملخص تسعى هذه الورقة البحثية للبحث في مسألة تدهور العلاقة بين الانسان و مختلف النظم البيئية وما خلفته من مشكلات ايكولوجية خطيرة ،دفعتنا لاتخاذ عديد الإجراءات التقنية والتشريعية للحد منها، مثل سن القوانين التي تؤكد على حماية البيئة وتتصدى للمخالفين لها، لكن هذا لا يكفى وحده لحماية البيئة، ما لم يسانده فهم الأفراد لها واحترامهم لها، وإدراكهم للعلاقات المتشابكة بين عناصرها، والوعي بأهمية حمايتها للأجيال القادمة ومن هنا ظهرت الحاجة إلى وضع نظام لحماية البيئة يضمن الأنماط السلوكية المناسبة تجاهها ،و تسهر على تطبيقه مختلف مؤسسات التنشئة الاجتماعية فكان من الطبيعي أن يكون للكشافة الإسلامية الجزائرية باعتبارها مؤسسة تنشئة اجتماعية- تربوية داعمة ،مكانة سامية مع أهم الفاعلين في حماية البيئة لما لها من دور رائد وفعال في تنمية مختلف قدرات النشء والشباب ، فهي رقم فاعل في معادلة تحقيق البعد البيئي للتنمية المستدامة بالنظر لخططها وبرامجها.
