الملخص

استهدفت هذه الدراسة التعرف على أهم العوامل المحددة لسياسة توزيع الأرباح لشركات المدرجة في بورصة الجزائر، وبناء نموذج تجريبي يسمح بتفسير سلوك قرار توزيع الارباح لهذه الشركات، على ضوء عدة نظريات ونماذج ونتائج الدراسات الميدانية السابقة لتفسير توزيعات أرباح السهم في الشركة، خلال الفترة الممتدة من سنة 2013 إلى غاية سنة 2018، باستخدام أساليب البيانات المزدوجة الديناميكية. تحديدا طريقة العزوم المعممة (GMM) . خلصت الدراسة إلى أن كل من المتغيرات المتعلقة بالأرباح الموزعة للفترة السابقة، السيولة، الرفع المالي وحجم الشركة، تعتبر من أهم العوامل المحددة لسياسة توزيع الأرباح في شركات المدرجة في بورصة الجزائر. Abstract: The main aim of the study is to identify the main factors influencing dividends distribution policy within companies listed in the Algerian stock exchange, and to develop an empirical model in a bid to provides an explanation regarding profit distribution decisions behavior within these corporations, in the light of the several theories, models, that addressed paying dividends from 2013 till 2018 using dynamic panel data, especially (GMM). The study concluded that all variables associated with distributed profits of previous periods, namely liquidity, financial leverage, and corporations’ size are among the main determinants of dividends policy of companies listed on the Algerian stock exchange.
