الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى ابراز دور الاستثمار المسؤول اجتماعيا، كإطار يعمل من خلاله المستثمرون على ادماج العوامل البيئية، الاجتماعية وحوكمة المؤسسات ضمن قراراتهم الاستثمارية، بما يحقق لهم شفافية في ممارساتهم ويضمن استمرار نشاطهم، وذلك من خلال إدماج المسائل المتعلقة الاستدامة والاستثمار المسؤول اجتماعيا، ما يؤدي إلى تخفيض التكاليف الخارجية الاجتماعية، في ظل صعوبة ممارسة نشاطاتهم بمعزل عن التأثيرات الاجتماعية والبيئية. ومن بين نتائج الدراسة المتوصل إليها نجد تنامي الجهود الرامية لاهتمام أكثر بهذا المجال بصورة جعلت من البنوك الاستثمارية توسع نشاطاتها الإستثمارية لتشمل بعد الاستثمار المسؤول ضمن ممارساتها بشكل طوعي، ما ساعد في تطور أصول الاستثمار المسؤول عالميا. This study aims at highlightin g the role of socially responsible investment as a framework through which investors work to integrate environmental, social and corporate governance factors into their investment decisions, so as to achieve transparency in their practices and ensure their continued activity. The latter comes through the integration of issues related to sustainability and socially responsible investment, which leads to the reduction of social external costs, especialmly in light of the difficulty of practicing their activities in isolation from social and environmental influences. Among the results of the study, there has been a growing effort to pay more attention to this field in a way that made investment banks expand their investment activities to include the dimension of responsible investment within their voluntary practices, which helped in the development of globally responsible investment assets.
