الملخص

The research study was designed tostudy the relationship between two main variables, The Empowerment administrative and The Organizational Commitment with an attempt to know the effect of the dimensions of empowerment administrative in achieving the Commitment to the employees of institutions, where such questionnaire main tool for research, which was distributed to a random sample represent Forty-one employs (president or vice president of the Department ) at the University of Hassiba Ben Bouali " Chlef ". The result of this research was positive relationship between the practice of empowerment administrative and commitment employees, And that the leadership of the university in question to pay attention empowerment strategy because of its positive impact on the behavior and performance of employees, and therefore on the success and development of the university.
