الملخص

The research study was designed tostudy the relationship ‎between two main variables,‎‏ ‏The Empowerment administrative and ‎The‏ ‏Organizational Commitment with an attempt to know the effect ‎of the dimensions of empowerment administrative in achieving the ‎Commitment to the employees of institutions, where such ‎questionnaire main tool for research, which was distributed to a ‎random sample represent Forty-one employs (president or vice ‎president‏ ‏of the Department ) at the University of Hassiba‏ ‏‎ Ben ‎Bouali ‎‏"‏‎ Chlef‏." ‏ ‎ ‎‏ ‏‎ The result of this research was positive relationship between the ‎practice of empowerment administrative and commitment ‎employees, And that the leadership of the university in question to ‎pay attention empowerment strategy because of its positive impact ‎on the behavior and performance of employees, and therefore on the ‎success and development of the university.‎
