آفاق التمويل الإسلامي في السوق الجزائرية في ضوء تبني بنك الجزائر للصيرفة الإسلامية

الملخص
يسعى هذا البحث إلى رصد واقع التمويل الإسلامي في السوق الجزائرية، من خلال عرض مختلف الإحصائيات المرتبطة بهذا النشاط وتحليلها، مع محاولة إظهار مكانته فيها خلال الفترة 2016-2018، والوقوف على ما يواجهه من صعوبات وتحديات، إضافة إلى اقتراح بعض سُبل تنميته والتطلّع إلى آفاقه المستقبلية، خاصّة مع تبنّي بنك الجزائر للصيرفة الإسلامية. وقد خلُص إلى أنّ هذا النشاط التمويلي في السوق الجزائرية ما يزال يعاني من كثرةِ المعوقات ويواجه عددا من التحديات التشريعية، الأمر الذي يستدعي تدخّل السلطات العمومية لسنِّ قوانين داعمة وتوفير بيئة ملائمة متوافقة وطبيعة النشاط المالي الإسلامي. This research seeks to monitor the reality of Islamic finance in the Algerian market, by presenting and analyzing the various statistics related to this activity, with an attempt to show its position during the period 2016-2018, and to identify the difficulties and challenges faced. In addition to suggest some ways of developing it and looking to its prospects, especially with the adoption of the Bank of Algeria for Islamic banking. It was concluded that this financing activity in the Algerian market still suffers from many obstacles and faces a number of legislative challenges, which requires the intervention of public authorities to enact supportive laws and provide an appropriate environment compatible with the nature of Islamic financial activity.
