الدور الإنساني للهلال الأحمر الجزائري أثناء الثورة التحريرية

الملخص

رغم تعدد جبهات القتال والكفاح التي خاضتها الثورة الجزائرية بجميع شرائح مجتمعها إلا أنها لم تغفل ولم تضيع أي فرصة سمت بها بتقديم المساعدة للجزائريين ، فبالرغم من اهتماماتها بالجانب السياسي والعسكري فهي لم تهمل الجانب الاجتماعي والإنساني، ومختلف الكتابات التاريخية وضحت لنا اهتمام جبهة التحرير الوطني بكافة شرائح المجتمع وخاصة فئة اللاجئين الذين اختاروا تونس والمغرب ملاذا لهم، ومع اشتداد حدة الحرب وتطور الأساليب الجهنمية لفرنسا أخذت تحصد الأخضر واليابس دون أن تراعي الجانب الإنساني للشعب الجزائري معتمدة أسلوب الترغيب والترهيب من أجل جعل الجزائر أرض فرنسية، كما قامت بتهجير سكان الحدود الشرقية والغربية من أجل عزل الثورة عن الشعب والقضاء عنها في المهد وذلك بعد أن تتخلص من جزء كبير من سكانها وترمي بهم إلى المجهول وبذلك زادت الأعباء والمسؤوليات على عاتق جبهة التحرير الوطني والتي ما كان عليها إلا أن تقوم بواجبها الإنساني فشكلت بذلك العديد من المصالح والمنظمات الإنسانية كان من أبرزها هيئة الهلال الأحمر الجزائري قصد تقديم الإعانة لكل الشعب الجزائري. Abstract Despite the many fronts of the fighting and the struggle waged by the Algerian revolution in all segments of its society, it did not lose sight of any opportunity to help the Algerians. The society, especially the refugees who chose Tunisia and Morocco as their refuge, and with the intensification of the war and the development of the infernal methods of France began to harvest green and hard without taking into account the human side of the Algerian people, adopting a method of intimidation and intimidation in order to make Algeria a French land, It also displaced the inhabitants of the eastern and western borders in order to isolate the revolution from the people and eliminate it in the cradle, after it got rid of a large part of its population and aimed them into the unknown. Many of the humanitarian agencies and organizations, most notably the Algerian Red Crescent, were to provide assistance to all the Algerian people. Résumé : Malgré les nombreux fronts des combats et la lutte menée par la révolution algérienne dans tous les segments de sa société, elle n'a pas perdu de vue toute possibilité d'aider les Algériens. La société, en particulier les réfugiés qui ont choisi la Tunisie et le Maroc comme refuge, et avec l’intensification de la guerre et le développement des méthodes infernales de la France ont commencé à s’enrichir sans ménagement, sans prendre en compte le côté humain du peuple algérien, en adoptant une méthode d'intimidation et d'intimidation pour faire de l'Algérie un pays français, Elle a également déplacé les habitants des frontières orientales et occidentales afin d’isoler la révolution du peuple et de l’éliminer dans son berceau, après avoir éliminé une grande partie de sa population et l’avoir dirigée vers l’inconnu.
