الملخص
الهلال الأحمر الجزائري ، جمعية إنسانية وطنية أسستها جبهة التحرير الوطني في 11 ديسمبر 1956 حددت مهمتها في التكفل بالوضع الإنساني المترتب عن الحرب التحريرية و حمل معاناة الشعب الجزائري لكل شعوب و دول العالم. هذه الدراسة تسلط الضوء على مراحل تأسيس الهلال الأحمر الجزائري و المشاكل التي واجهته لإفتكاك الاعتراف الدولي كما توضح دوره في معالجة ملف الأسرى بالتعاون مع اللجنة الدولية للصليب الأحمر التي لم تعترف به رسميا إلا بعد انتزاع الجزائر لاستقلالها أي في 4 جويلية 1963 . The Algerian Red Crescent is a national humanitarian association founded by the Algerian liberation front on December 11th 1956 .Its mission was to undertake the humanitarian situation resulting from the liberation war , and to carry out the sufferings and endurance of the Algerian people to all peoples and nations in the world. This study highlights all the different stages of the foundation of the Algerian Red Crescent and the difficulties it faced in order to get its international recognition , this study also describes the role of the Algerian Red Crescent in the treatments of prisoners file in cooperation with the international committee of the Red cross ,which has not recognized it officially only after Algeria got its independence ,that is on July 4th 1963.
