بناء مقياس الشخصية المتصنعة لدى السياسيين (بناء وتطبيق)

الملخص

الملخص استشعر الباحثان مشكلة بحثهما من خلال الواقع الذي يمربه المجتمع من خلال ظهور شخصيات تحرص على عدم الأفصاح الحقيقي عن مبررات إنتهاجها لسلوكيات معينة ومن بين تلك الأفراد السياسيين لذلك قام الباحثان بصياغة عدد من الأهداف من أبرزها التعرف على مدى تمتع السياسيين بالشخصية المتصنعة وإمتداداً لذلك أراد الباحثان أيضاً التعرف على مدى تمتع السياسيين بالشخصية المتصنعة تبعاً لطبيعة العمل السياسي للاحزاب التي ينتمون إليها (اشارك في الحكومة – غير مشارك في الحكومة)،كما درس الباحثان الفروق في الشخصية المتصنعة تبعاً لدرجة الحزبية (عضو،الكادر الوسطي،الكادر المتقدم )،ولذلك قام الباحثان بأستخدام المنهج الوصفي وبالطريقة التحليلية،لذلك تم اختيار عينة بلغت قوامها (342) فرداً من كلا الجنسين وبالطريقة الطبقية العشوائية وبأسلوب الاختيار المتناسب وطبقت عليهم اداتى البحث التي تم إعداد إحداهما وهو مقياس الشخصية المتصنعة،بعد التأكد من توفر الخصائص السيكوميترية الملائيمة من خلال حساب كل من الصدق الظاهري وصدق البناء بالمؤشيرات التالية إرتباط الفقرة درجية كلية للمقياس وصدق المجموعتين المتطرفتين ومصفوفة الإرتباطات الداخلية وكذلك حساب الثبات بإستخدام معادلات سبيرمان – براون وجيتمان وألفا – كرونباخ تبين في مابعد أن الفقرتين(21،22) لمقياس الشخصية المتصنعة لم تكن صادقتين لذلك تم إستبعادهما من الصيغة النهائية للمقياس،وبخلاف ذلك كانت جميع فقرات المقياس صادقة ويتوفر درجة مقبولة من الثبات وبعد جميع البيانات من جراء تطبيق أداة قياس البحث من عينة البحث توصل الباحثان الى النتائج التالية : تمتع عينة البحث بالشخصية المتصنعة وكذلك تبين للباحثان وجود فروق في الشخصية المتصنعة تبعاً لطبيعة العمل السياسي ولصالح المنتمين للاحزاب المشاركة في الحكومة وتوصل الباحثان أيضاً إلى عدم وجود فروق في الشخصية المتصنعة تبعاً لدرجة الحزبية.وبناءً على تلك النتائج تم وضع عدد من التوصيات اللازمة. Extract The researcher sensed the problem of her research through the reality experienced by society through the emergence of personalities who are keen not to disclose the real justifications for their adoption of certain behaviors, and among those political individuals, so the researcher formulated a number of goals, the most prominent of which is to identify the extent to which politicians enjoy the Histrionic personality and a setback, so the researcher also wanted to know On the extent to which politicians enjoy the Histrionic personality according to the nature of the political work of the parties to which they belong (participating in the government-not participating in the government), The personality of the Histrionic in the form of a personality and a wonderful in the party (member, middle cadre, advanced cadre), ).Therefore, the researcher chose a sample of (342) individuals of both sexes using the method Random stratification and proportional selection method , , one of which was prepared, which is the Histrionic personality scale, were applied to them after making sure that the appropriate psychometric characteristics were available by calculating both the apparent validity and construction validity with the following indicators: the correlation of the paragraph with a total degree of the scale and the validity of the two extreme groups and the correlation matrix As well as calculating stability using Spearman-Brown, Gitman and Alpha-Kornbach equations, it was found later that the paragraphs (21, 22) of the Histrionic personality scale were not valid, so they were excluded from the final version of the scale. All the data from the application of the two research measurement tools are considered from the research sample.The researcher reached the following results: the research sample enjoys the Histrionic personality, as well as the researcher found that there are differences in the Histrionic personality depending on the nature of political work and in favor of those belonging to the parties participating in the government.The researcher also found that there are no differences in the Histrionic personality according to the degree of partisanship.
