ملخص: تسعى القيادة الديمقراطية إلى زيادة وعي المرؤوسين باحتياجاتهم، وتحويـل هذا الوعي إلى آمال وتوقعات، ومن ثم تتولد لديهم الدافعية لإشباع حاجاتهم فيما يتعلق بإدراك وتحقيق الذات في حياتهم العملية، وبالتالي ستدفعهم إلى تقديم كل ما لديهم من جهد لغـرض تنفيذ ما هو مطلوب منهم رسميا بل أكثر من ذلك، إلى الاجتهاد والمثابرة والإبداع من أجـل ضمان نجاح المنظمة واستمرارها. الكلمات المفتاحية : القيادة، القيادة الديمقراطية. Summary : The democratic leadership seeks to increase the subordinates ’awareness of their needs, and turn this awareness into hopes and expectations, and then they are motivated to satisfy their needs in terms of realization and self-realization in their practical life, and thus will push them to provide all their efforts for the purpose of implementing what is officially required of them, but more From that, to diligence, perseverance and creativity in order to ensure the success and continuity of the organization.
