الملخص
ملخص الدراسة: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة مستوى تطبيق مبادئ القيادة الديمقراطية وعلاقتها بتنمية الإبداع من وجهة نظر العاملين بوحدة أغذية الّأنعام UAB بوضروة –قالمة-. وأظهرت النتائج أنّ: مبادئ القيادة الديمقراطية جاء مستوى تطبيقها بدرجة مرتفعة؛ المبدأ الشائع هو مبدأ التفويض؛بالإضافة إلى وجود علاقة ارتباط موجبة بين مبادئ القيادة الديمقراطية وتنمية الإبداع بالمؤسسة المدروسة. Abstract: The study aimed to find out the level of the application of the principles of the democratic leadership and its relationship to the development of creativity, from the point of view of the unity of the cattle food (UAB) in Boudarwa - Guelma -. The results showed that: the principles of the democratic leadership came the level applied high degree; the common principle is the principle of the Credentials Committee; In addition to the positive correlation between the principles of the democratic leadership and creativity to the organization studied.
