دور زاوية الهامل في الصلح

الملخص
ملخص: فض النزاعات وإصلاح ذات البين دور هام قامت بها أغلب الزوايا في الجزائر وأهميته تكمن فيما يحدثه من تماسك ووحدة وترابط في المجتمع وحفظه من الفتن والتفكك والطائفية. ومن بين الزوايا التي قامت بدور الصلح نجد زاوية الهامل التي جعلناها نموذج لدراستنا اهتمت بمهمة فك النزاعات على غرار أدوار أخرى منذ تأسيسها على يد محمد بن أبي القاسم الهاملي سنة 1841 أي في فترة الاحتلال الفرنسي وبذلك نشأت في ظروف صعبة خاصة بعد التشديد على المدارس القرآنية والزوايا والضغط عليها وذلك بمشاركتها في معظم الثورات ضد الاحتلال الفرنسي وكان قادتها شيوخ الزوايا. فزاوية الهامل كمؤسسة دينية غير رسمية في الجزائر كان لها أن قامت بإنجازات اجتماعية ودينية وسياسية هامة قد تخطت مؤسسات رسمية كالقضاء أو فشلت في القيام بها أصلا، كإحدى مسؤولياتها، كفض النزاعات وتحقيق الصلح بين الناس وما يؤدي إليه من تماسك اجتماعي، وقامت بأدوار اجتماعية مهمة، خاصة في ضل التطورات التكنولوجية والعولمة وما صاحبهما من تغيرات في البنى الاجتماعية. Abstract : Settling disputes and self-reform are an important role played by most of the Zawaya in Algeria, and its importance lies in the cohesion, unity and cohesion of society and preserving it from discord, disintegration and sectarianism. The Zawia of al-Hamel is Among the Zawayathat played the role of reconciliation, which we made a model for our study concerned with the task of resolving disputes along the lines of other roles since its establishment by Muhammad bin Abi al-Qassim al-Hamli in 1841, that is, during the period of the French occupation, and thus it arose in difficult circumstances, especially after the emphasis on Qur’anic schools and the Zawaya; and pressure on it, through its participation in most of the revolutions against the French occupation, and its leaders were the sheikhs of the Zawaya. The Zawiya of El Hamel, as an informal religious institution in Algeria, has had important social, religious and political achievements that surpassed official institutions such as the judiciary or failed to do them at all, as one of its responsibilities, such as settling disputes and achieving reconciliation between people and the social cohesion that leads to it, and has played important social roles, Especially inlight of technological developments and globalization and the changes that accompanied them in the social structures.
