مؤشرات التنمية المستدامة وأهميتها في تعزيز البعد البيئي للمشروع المجتمعي

الملخص
لقد ساهمت التنمية عبر مراحلها المختلفة في دفع عجلة النمو الاقتصادي والرفع من المستوى المعيشي للأفراد والمجتمعات، ولكن بالمقابل أنتجت عالما يكابد أزمات مختلفة، لاسيما الأزمة البيئية والتوازن المطلوب ولذلك جاء التصحيح لمسار التنمية بعقد سلسلة من المؤتمرات التي استقرت على فرض مبدأ الاستدامة في التنمية من خلال إحداث التوازن بين الموارد البيئية وحمايتها وحاجات الإنسان ومستقبل الأجيال اللاحقة. وقد جاء مؤتمر ريو سنة 1992 ليكرس مبدأ الاهتمام بالبيئة وتحديد مجموعة مؤشرات وأهداف تتعلق بالتنمية المستدامة يلتزم بها الجميع بصفتها عملية مجتمعية متكاملة، وكذا الاستراتيجيات الواجب إتباعها والأخذ بها لبلوغ أهداف التنمية المستدامة, لذلك جاء هذا البحث ليعرف بالتنمية المستدامة ويحدد أهدافها ومؤشراتها، ويؤكد أن البيئة هي محور أي عملية تنموية، التي تشترط البعد الزمني وحاجات الأفراد، وتضع في الحسبان أهمية الموارد ومستقبل المجتمعات القادمة لإحلال التوازن المرغوب, ولهذا الغرض يفترض تحديد استراتيجية تنفيذ السياسات التنموية الشاملة التي تتبناها الدولة ويساهم فيها كل الفاعلين ويحتضنها المجتمع بمختلف توجهاته. Abstract: Development through its various stages has contributed to advancing economic growth and raising the standard of living for individuals and societies, but in return it has produced a world that suffers from various crises, especially the environmental crisis and the required balance. Striking a balance between environmental resources and their protection, human needs, and the future of subsequent generations. The Rio Conference came in 1992 to enshrine the principle of concern for the environment and to define a set of indicators and goals related to sustainable development that everyone is committed to as an integrated community process, as well as the strategies to be followed and adopted to achieve sustainable development goals. It is the focus of any development process, which requires the temporal dimension and the needs of individuals, and takes into account the importance of resources and the future of the coming societies in order to achieve the desired balance. For this purpose, it is assumed that the strategy for implementing the comprehensive development policies adopted by the state and in which all actors contribute and embraced by society in its various orientations.
