Since the wave of the Arab Uprising that took place in the Middle East and North Africa in 2010, there has been significant research among political scientists aiming to understand the leading causes of the region's fragmentations. In this regard, the main objective of this paper is to explore the constructivist assumptions and explain how this approach can offer a better understanding of the spread of Arab uprisings in the MENA region. The study concluded, even though constructivism can offer a better understanding of the driving forces of the Arab Uprising, it is still limited to explain its ongoing process.
