الملخص
من خلال فكر الشيخ محمد البشير الإبراهيمي نرسم خريطة وطنية واضحة الحدود دقيقة المعالم في فقه المواطنة انطلاقا من المعارف العلمية التي استقاها من وحي التراث الخالد. وقد سار الأتباع على هذا المنهج قصد تأسيس معرفة مبنية على أصول خالدة تُفرِّع لفقه يجعل المواطن يحب وطنه ويعتز به ويدافع عنه ويُنميه ويطوره وفق نهج الأسلاف الذين عاشوا في ظروف استعمارية خاصة، ووجب علينا اليوم تجديد هذا الفكر واستثماره ليُنتج نُموا اجتماعيا ووطنيا متماسكا مسترشدا في ذلك بمنهجية الشيخ الجيلالي الفارسي أحد قادة الجمعية في منطقة الشلف. Through the thought of Sheikh Muhammad Al-Bashir Al-Ibrahimi, we draw a national map with clear borders and precise features in the jurisprudence of citizenship based on the scientific knowledge that he derived from the inspiration of the eternal heritage. The followers followed this approach in order to establish knowledge based on eternal principles that branched into a jurisprudence that would make the citizen love his country, cherish it, defend it, develop it and develop it according to the approach of the ancestors who lived in special colonial conditions. The methodology of Sheikh Al-Jilali Al-Farsi, one of the leaders of the association in the Chlef region.
