الرقمنة في مواجهة فيروس كورونا (كوفيد- 19): دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة نموذج.

الملخص
وجدت دول العالم نفسها في حصار مفاجئ بسبب جائحة فيروس كورونا ما أدى الى خلق أزمة صحية أثرت على كل المجالات الحيوية نظرا لانتشار الوباء بين الأشخاص ما أدى بالضرورة الى تطبيق إجراءات التباعد الاجتماعي والحد من الاجتماعات و الاتصالات المباشرة بين الأفراد الأمر الذي تطلب البحث عن حلول سريعة وفعالة تضمن من جهة استمرار الحياة بشكل عادي ومن جهة أخرى ضمان التباعد الاجتماعي للحد من انتشار الفيروس، ولقد كان الهدف من بحثنا هذا هو تسليط الضوء على دور الرقمنة في التصدي لفيروس كورونا باعتبارها السبيل الوحيد الذي يضمن استمرارية مختلف القطاعات الحيوية حتى يتمكن الفرد من مواصلة حياته بشكل طبيعي، وضمان تطبيق التباعد الاجتماعي، ولقد توصلنا من خلال بحثنا هذا الى جملة من النتائج أهما أن الرقمنة والتكنولوجيا كانت من بين الحلول الناجعة التي واجهت فيروس كورونا، كما أن الدول التي اعتمدت على الرقمنة وعلى رأسها الإمارات العربية المتحدة استطاعت الاستمرار في تسيير مختلف قطاعاتها ومراقبة مختلف التطورات على الصعيد الصحي باستعمال مختلف التطبيقات الذكية . The countries of the world found themselves in a sudden siege due to Corona virus pandemic, which led to the creation of a health crisis it affected all vital areas due to the spread of the epidemic among people, this necessarily led to the application of social distancing measures and limiting direct meetings and contacts between individuals which required the search for quick and effective solutions it guarantees, on the one hand, the continuation of life as normal, and on the other hand, ensuring social distancing to limit the spread of the virus. We have shed light in research on the role of digitization in tackling the corona virus, as the only way to guarantee the continuie his life naturally with embodiment of social distancing, Through this research, we realize a set of results that is most important one which is digitalization , and technology, it was among the successful solution that faced the corona virus, also countries that have relierd on digitization, including the United Arab Emirates, it was able to continue managing its various sectors and monitoring various developments on the health, Using various smart application.
