الملخص
الملخّص: نسعى من خلال هذه المداخلة إلى تسليط الضوء على واحد من أبرز القامات اللغوية المميّزة في الجزائر، الأستاذ: "صالح بلعيد" من بين هؤلاء الرّجال الأفذاذ الذي أحدث فاعلية كبرى في الوطن العربي عامة، والجزائر خاصة بجهوده العلمية واللغوية التي قدّمها من أجل الإعلاء من مكانة اللغة العربية والحفاظ عليها والنهوض بها في مختلف المجالات وترقية استعمالها، لذا لن يكون لي أي شيء أكتبه في إسهامات هذا الفذّ إلا إطلالة على ما جاد به قلمه، لأن جهوده اللغوية كما نسميها هي أكبر من أن تجمع في كتاب أو تُلَمْلم في مقال. الكلمات المفتاحية: صالح بلعيد، المجلس الأعلى للغة العربية، الأمن اللغوي، التّخطيط اللغوي، السيادة اللغوية. abstract: Through this intervention, we seek to shed light on one of the most distinguished linguistic figures in Algeria, Professor: “Saleh Belaid” is among these distinguished men who made a great impact in the Arab world in general, and Algeria in particular with his scientific and linguistic efforts that he made in order to raise his status The Arabic language, its preservation and advancement in various fields and the promotion of its use, therefore, I will not have anything to write about the contributions of this feat except an overview of what his pen was dedicated to, because his linguistic efforts, as we call them, are greater than being collected in a book or combined in an article. key words: Saleh Belaid, the Supreme Council of the Arabic Language, linguistic security, linguistic planning, linguistic sovereignty.
