الملخص

يعد المجلس الأعلى للغة العربية بالجزائر من بين أهم الهيئات الجزائرية والعربية والدولية نشاطا في مجال التعريف بأهمية وقيمة اللغة العربية وتطوير وتيسير استخدامها على مستوى العديد من الأصعدة، وقد رافق ذلك ديناميكية مذهلة عبر نشاط متواصل باستراتيجيات محكمة استثمرت مستجدات التكونولوجيا الرقمية بتراكمياتها العلمية وتطبيقاتها البرمجية المختلفة من أجل إدماج اللغة العربية كلغة فاعلة في العلوم الرقمية سواء على مستوى الاستخدام اللساني أو الأرغونومي والترجمي. وهو ما شكل رهانا فرضته التحديات والآفاق العلمية التي يواجهها العالم في مجال تطوير الأنظمة الرقمية باستخدام التكنولوجيا المتطورة. ويحاول البحث الوقوف على أهم الجهود التي قام بها المجلس الأعلى للغة العربية في مجال الرقمنة اللغوية وحوسبة اللغة العربية، وأهم العوائق التي تواجهه في تطبيقها، حيث توصل البحث إلى وجود إرادة حقيقية لرئيس وأعضاء وفريق المجلس للتكتل في سبيل بناء وتطوير منظومة رقمية للغة العربية ذات قيمة ومكانة وجودة عالية، على الرغم من العوائق التي تواجهه، وأهمها خصوصية اللغة العربية وثرائها المعجمي الحي، إضافة إلى الثقافة الرقمية لمجتمع المعلومات الذي يحتاج إلى تدريب تقني في آليات استخدام التكنولوجيا ذات البعد المعرفي والعلمي. وقد تباينت نتائج البحث، حيث استطاع المجلس تبني استراتيجيات مدروسة تراعي الخصوصيات المختلفة للمجتمع العربي عامة والجزائري خاصة. The Supreme Council of the Arabic Language in Algeria is among the most important Algerian, Arab and international bodies active in the sphere of defining the importance and value of the Arabic language and developing and facilitating its use at many levels. In order to integrate the Arabic language as an effective language in digital sciences, whether at the level of linguistic use or ergonomic and translation. This constituted a bet imposed by the challenges and scientific prospects that the world faces in the sphere of developing digital systems using advanced technology. The research attempts to identify the most important efforts undertaken by the Supreme Council of the Arabic Language in the sphere of linguistic digitization and computerization of the Arabic language, and the most important obstacles it faces in its application. And its high standing and quality, despite the obstacles it faces, the most important of which is the particularity of the Arabic language and its rich lexical richness, in addition to the digital culture of the information society, which needs technical training in the mechanisms of using technology with a knowledge and scientific dimension. The results of the research varied, as the council was able to adopt well-studied strategies that take into account the different peculiarities of the Arab community in general and the Algerian community in particular.
