أثر إعمال الاحتياط الفقهي قي الحد من انتشار فيروس كورونا

الملخص

يُعتبر الاحتياط من أهم القواعد والأصول التي يُحكِّمها فقهاء الاسلام ويضبطون بها اجتهاداتهم،وذلك لما للاحتياط من أثر في تقديم رأي فقهي على رأي آخر،وترجيح قول على غيره. وتأتي هذه الدراسة لتعالج أثر إعمال الاحتياط الفقهي ودوره الفعال في الحد من فيروس كورونا،وذلك من خلال التطرق إلى بعض المسائل المتصلة بالموضوع،وبيان دور الاحتياط فيها وعلاقته بالحد من هذا الوباء. ومن هذه المسائل:المصافحة بالأيدي والتباعد في صىة الجماعة،وكذا استعمال الوسائل الوقائية كالمُعقمات والأقنعة والقفازات وغيرها. وقد جاء البحث على وفق المنهج الوصفي الذي يمتزج بالتحليل،كما خلصت الدراسة بتقرير بعض النتائج،مثل.ضرورة اعتماد الاحتياط الفقهي كأصل شرعي يُسهم في الحد من آثار فيروس كورونا؛لأنه بالاحتياط الفقهي نقول بترك المصافحة بالأيدي في أزمنة الوباء ونقول بالتباعد الجسدي في الصلوات،كما نحث على ضرورة استعمال كافة الوسائل الاحترازية للحد من فيروس كورونا. الكلمات المفتاحية: أثر،احتياط،فقه،فيروس كورونا. Abstract: The reserve is one of the most important rules and assets governed by the scholars of islam they set her own jurisprudence ,this is because the reserve has an impact on the presetation of a jurial opinion another and most probably said to others. this study comes to deal with the effect of the bubble reserves and its effective vole in limiting the corona virus,this is by addressing some of the relevant issues and statement the role of the reserve in it and his relationship to reducing the epidemic. these include: hands hake and divergence in the group prayer, and the use of preventive means such as sterilization,masks,gloves,etc. The researche came in accordance with the descriptive approach,which is misced with analysis is,as well the study concluded with a report of some findings,such as:the necessity of adopting the doctrinal reserve as a legitimate asset contributes to reducing effects of the corona virus;because in the doctrinal reserve we say that handshake is left in the times of the epidemic,we say that the physical divergence in prayers is different,and we urge that all should be used .precautionary means to reduce the corona virus .key words: impact,reserve,jurisprudence,corona virus
