الملخص: يحتل منصب رئيس الجمهورية في النظام الجزائري مكانة مهمة في ترتيب المؤسسات الدستورية نظرا للصلاحيات الواسعة التي يتمتع بها هذا الأخير. ونظرا لذلك فقد اشترط القانون لقبول الترشح لهذا المنصب مجموعة من الشروط التي يجب توفرها في كل مترشح، ومن أجل ضمان تحقق كل تلك الشروط فقد أوكل للمجلس الدستوري مسألة رقابة صحة الترشح من خلال مراقبة مدى توفر الشروط الدستورية والقانونية في كل مترشح للانتخابات الرئاسية. : Abstract In the algerien system, the office of president of the republic occupies an important position in arranging constitutional institutions due to the wide powers that the latter enjoys. In view of this, the law stipulated for accepting candidacy for this position a set of conditions that must be met by every candidate, and in order to ensure that all these conditions are met, the constitutional council has assigned the issue of monitoring the validity of candidacy by monitoring the availability of the constitutional and legal conditions in every candidate for the presidential elections.
