الاتصال الصحي، المسارات الحقلية والمقاربات النظرية

الملخص
سَعَت الدراسة الراهنة إلى خَطَ إطار ابستيمولوجي إستهدف بالدرجة الأولى إعادة بناء الرؤية النظرية والمعرفية المؤطرة للاتصال الصحي عن طريق مُراجعة حدوده وأهم محدّداته المفاهيمية والمعيارية بالإعتماد بشكل خاص على ما راكمته الأدبيات البحثية الانجلوساكسونية من مخرجات وتنظيرات بإعتبارها الأكثر نضجا وإكتمالا من حيث المنهج والتعمق النظري. كما حاولت الدراسة تسليط الضوء على المسارات الخطّية والمرّكبة لظهور الإتصال الصحي كحقل نظري وكميدان ممارسة، إضافة إلى التعرض لمنعطفات إنبلاجه وأهم القطائع والسيرورات التي إكتنفت تطوّره. وعالجت الدراسة في شقها الأخير أهم المقاربات والنماذج النظرية ذات التطبيقات الممكنة على مستوى الممارسة العملية في مجال حقل الإتصال الصحي. The current study sought to chart an epistemological framework with the aim of reconstructing the theoretical vision that frames up health communication by re-establishing its boundaries and reviewing its conceptual and normative demarcations through recoursing to what the Anglo-Saxon body of literature has accumulated, as it is regarded as the most mature and elaborated both in terms of methodology and theoretical depth. The study also attempted to situate the linear and complex trajectories that accompanied the emergence of health communication as a theoretical field and as a field of practice as well as expounding ruptures and continuities that surrounded its evolution. The final section presents the most salient theoretical approaches and models that impart potential application at the level of practice within the field of health communication.
