دور الرياضة المدرسية في الحد من السلوكات العدوانية داخل المؤسسات التربوية – دراسة ميدانية على مستوى ثانويات ولاية الشلف.

الملخص
هدفت الدراسة معرفة دور النشاطات الرياضية المدرسية في الكشف عن مظاهر الـسلوك العـدواني والحد منه ، ذلك السلوك بمعناه اللفظي والمادي داخل ثانويات ولاية الشلف، فضلا عن تحديد الفروق في مستوى مظاهر السلوك العدواني تبعاً لمتغير البيئة والمستوى الدراسي. ولتحقيق ذلـك استخدم الباحـث إيزنك للسلوك العدواني كأداة لجمع البيانات والمعلومات من عينة عشوائية قوامها (120) أستاذ وأستاذة تربية بدنية والرياضية داخل ثانويات ولاية الشلف . أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن درجة مظاهر السلوك العدواني خلال ممارسة النـشاطات الرياضية المدرسية داخل الثانويات كانت قليلة، وأظهرت النتائج أن السلوك العدواني اللفظي جاء في الترتيـب الأول، وجاء السلوك العدواني البدني بالترتيب الثاني وبدرجة أقل، ودلت النتائج على عدم وجـود فـروق فـي مظاهر السلوك العدواني تعزى لمتغير البيئة على الدرجة الكلية، في حين كانت هنـاك فـروق فـي السلوك العدواني البدني بين تلاميذ ثانويات المناطق الريفية وتلاميذ ثانويات المناطق الحضرية ولمصلحة تلاميذ المناطق الحضرية، وأشارت النتائج إلى عدم وجود فروق في مظاهر السلوك العدواني بين تلاميذ المراحل التدريسية المختلفة. وأوصـى الباحث بالعمل على استثمار السلوك الإيجابي لدى التلاميذ وتعزيزه، وحصر السلوكيات السلبية. Summary : The study aimed at identifying the role of school sports activities in detecting and reducing the manifestations of aggressive behavior, in both verbal and physical terms, within the governorate of Chlef, in addition to identifying the differences in the level of manifestations of aggressive behavior according to the environment variable and the academic level. To achieve this, the researchers used the ISENC scale of aggressive behavior as a tool to collect data and information from a random sample of (120) professors and professors of physical education and sports within the high schools of Chlef. The results of the study showed that the degree of manifestations of aggressive behavior during the exercise of school sports activities within the secondary was few, and the results showed that verbal aggressive behavior came in the first order, and physical aggressive behavior came in the second and to a lesser extent, the results showed that there are no differences in the manifestations of aggressive behavior due to variable While there were differences in aggressive physical behavior between rural high school pupils and urban high school pupils and for the benefit of urban pupils, the results indicated that there were no differences in manifestations of physical behavior. Aggressive among pupils of different teaching stages. The researcher recommended working on investing positive behavior among students and promoting it, and limiting negative behavior.
