الملخص

ترجع أهمية هذه الدراسة إلى الموضوع الذي تتناوله وهو فعالية الذات الإرشادية لدى الأخصائي النفسي وعلاقتها بتطوير مهارة التواصل ، فلاشك أن هذا الموضوع ينطوي على قدر كبير من الأهمية ،حيث تشير الكتابات التي تناولت فعالية الذات إلى دور هذا المتغير في تشكيل أداء الفرد حيث أنه في ضوء معتقدات فعالية الذات تتحدد الأنشطة السلوكية التي يقوم بها الفرد ومقدار الجهد الذي يبذله في هذه الأنشطة ومثابرته رغم ما قد يواجهه من عوائق ،ولذلك فهي تسهم بدور هام في تحديد صفة التواصل كما يوضح لنا التراث السيكولوجي أهمية مدركات الفرد عن بيئة العمل المحيطة به على النحو المطلوب .ومن هذا المنطلق تستمد هذه الدراسة أهميتها كونها تتحدث عن صفة التواصل في ظل فعالية الذات لدى المختص النفسي والذي يحدد معدلات الأداء الإرشادي له وإلى أي مدى يمكنه تقديم خدمات التوجيه والإرشاد للطلاب بشكل جيد ؟ The importance of this study is due to the topic that it deals with, which is the counseling self efficacy of the psychologist and its relationship to developing communication skill ،There is no doubt that this topic is very important, as writings that deal with the effectiveness of the self indicate the role of this variable in shaping the performance of the individual. Whereas, in the light of the beliefs of self-efficacy, the behavioral activities undertaken by the individual are determined and the amount of effort exerted in these activities and their perseverance, despite the obstacles that may be encountered. Therefore, it contributes an important role in determining the quality of communication, as the psychological heritage shows us the importance of the individual’s perceptions of the surrounding work environment as required. From this standpoint, this study derives its importance as it talks about the characteristic of communication in light of the self-efficacy of the psychological specialist, who determines the rates of indicative performance for him. and How well can he provide guidance and counseling services to students?
