الملخص
تعد الصحة النفسية والتربوية للمتعلم ركيزة أساسية في عملية التعلم وفي تحديد مساره الدراسي, حيث يمكن التأثير في ذلك بشكل مباشر من خلال عملية الإرشاد النفسي والإرشاد الجماعي بشكل خاص، حيث يعتبر الإرشاد النفسي في شكل البرامج الإرشادية التي تتجسد في الإجراءات الهادفة والتدريبات الفعلية خدمة هامة في مساعدة الأفراد في حل مشكلاتهم عن طريق إكسابهم المهارات الشخصية والاجتماعية والتربوية ومنحهم القدرة على اتخاذ القرارات التي تحقق توافقهم النفسي والاجتماعي و الدراسي. لذلك سنحاول من خلال هذه الورقة استعراض بعض من الدراسات حول فعالية البرامج الإرشادية في علاج وخفض المشكلات النفسية والتربوية منها دراسات محلية وأخرى أجنبية ومعرفة مدى فعالية هذه البرامج الإرشادية وما تم التوصل إليه من نتائج فعلية على مستوى المتعلمين سواء تلاميذ أو طلبة جامعيين . The mental and educational health of the learner is an essential pillar in the learning process and in determining its academic path, as this can be directly influenced by the psychological and group counseling process in particular, where psychological and group counseling is considered in the form of a counseling program that is embodied in Meaningful procedures and actual exercises are an important service in helping individuals solve their problems by giving them personal, social and educational skills and giving them the ability to make decisions that achieve their psychological, social and academic compatibility. Therefore, we will try through this paper to review some of the studies on The effectiveness of counseling programs in treating and reducing psychological and educational problems, including local and other non-local studies, and knowledge of the effectiveness of these advisory programs and the actual results reached at the level of learners, whether students or university students
