الملخص

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى توضيح الأسس والقواعد التي تقوم عليهـا الخطط الإسـتراتيجية الجزائـرية في مكافحـة الإرهـاب وتبيـان مدى نجاحها في تحقيق في إدارة أزمة هاته الأزمة والتي كانت بشكل حرب دموية على الشعب الجزائري. مستخدما البساطة في الطرح للتوضيح لأي قارئ، ماذا كانت تعانيه الدولة الجزائرية في فترة الارهاب، والصعوبات المحيطة بيها، وكيف إستطاعت أن تجسد خطط إستراتيجية لإدارة أزمة الإرهاب. ونوضح أيضا كيف يكون للتخطيط الإستراتيجي دور محوري، وهام في محاربة الجريمة وتنظيم الأمور المحيطة به، أو الأمور المستقبلية وتسيرها، على نحو جيد يخدم المصالح العامة والخاصة، مع التقيد بعض القواعد والأساليب المهمة في إدارة الأزمة، والتحكم فيه وإعطاء سبغة قانونية وإنسانية لإعمالك المستقبلية. Abstract: This study aims to clarify the foundations and rules upon which the Algerian strategic plans are based in combating terrorism and to show the extent of its success in achieving the management of this crisis, which was in the form of a bloody war on the Algerian people. Using simplicity in the presentation, to explain to any reader what the Algerian state was experiencing during the period of terrorism, the difficulties surrounding it, and how it was able to embody strategic plans to manage the terrorist crisis. We also explain how strategic planning has a pivotal and important role in fighting crime, organizing the issues surrounding you or the future and running them in a good way that serves your public and private interests, while enjoying to some important rules and methods in managing and controlling the crisis and giving legal and humanitarian character to your future actions.
