مقارنة بين أوضاع مصر و الجزائر خلال العهد العثماني

الملخص
تختلف طريقة انضمام مصر للدولة العثمانية عن الجزائر، كما تختلف أنظمة الحكم السائدة في كليهما أثناء العهد العثماني، بالرغم من هذا الاختلاف إلا أنهما عرفتا أوضاعا متشابهة. ارتبطت الأوضاع في مصر و الجزائر بحالة الدولة العثمانية، بحيث لما كانت هذه الأخيرة قوية استطاعت التحكم في زمام الأمور في كليهما، لكن لما دب الضعف فيها انعكس ذلك سلبا على الأوضاع في كل من مصر و الجزائر، و كانت كثيرا ما تفلت الأمور من يدها.
